A study by the University of Washington found that women who took 45 minutes of cardiopulmonary exercise five times a week had one third as many colds as those who took stretching exercise once a week.

Keep exercising, but don't overdo it. Regular strenuous exercise, such as running for more than 90 minutes, can reduce the body's immunity.

3. Healthier oral cavity

Experts believe that floss and toothbrushes are not the only magic weapon for a beautiful smile. Exercise plays an important role. In their latest study, adults who exercise moderately for 30 minutes five times a week are 42% less likely to develop periodontitis, a gum disease that occurs more frequently with age. Exercise can also inhibit heart disease as well as periodontitis, because it reduces the level of C-reactive protein in the blood that causes inflammation.

In addition to maintaining proper exercise, it's best to do tooth cleaning twice a year. If your dentist tells you that you have a high risk of gum disease, then increase the number of times you wash your teeth.
